This is a unique opportunity for a versatile Digital Marketing Analyst to take the lead in
both performance analytics and hands-on content creation for our Australia-based
client. You won’t just interpret data—you’ll act on it, driving strategy and bringing
campaigns to life across major digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is equally analytical and creative: someone who thrives on turning
numbers into strategy, and ideas into engaging, high-converting content. You’ll be at the
forefront of a growing digital marketing team, responsible for building and managing
social media presence, performance, and storytelling from the ground up.
This is a fully remote position open exclusively to Filipino candidates with excellent
English communication skills and a solid background in digital marketing, social media
strategy, and content development.
Responsibilities Must Have Nice to Have
- Lead SEO strategy: onsite (site structure, keyword mapping, technical SEO, content optimization) and offsite (link-building, local SEO, digital PR).
- Audit and improve landing pages, metadata, schema markup, and user experience to boost search rankings and lead generation.
- Develop and track KPIs across digital channels (SEO rankings, traffic quality, conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.).
- Analyse funnels and customer journeys to identify drop-offs and optimize conversions.
- Build dashboards and reports using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Advise leadership on trending topics, market opportunities, and strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor algorithm updates, competitor activity, and industry trends to adjust strategies proactively.
- Recommend optimal allocation of marketing budget across paid and organic channels based on ROI.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with strong focus on SEO, analytics, and performance strategy.
- Proven track record in leading data-driven marketing initiatives and delivering measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization & Ranking Strategy
- Lead all onsite SEO initiatives including site structure, keyword mapping, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Plan and oversee offsite SEO initiatives such as link-building, local SEO, and digital PR.
- Audit and improve landing pages, metadata, schema markup, and UX as part of a broader SEO roadmap.
- Ensure continuous improvement in search engine rankings to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Performance Analysis & Campaign Optimization
- Develop and monitor KPIs across digital touchpoints (SEO rankings, traffic quality, conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.).
- Analyse funnels and customer journeys to identify drop-offs and optimize lead conversion pathways.
- Create dashboards and reporting flows using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Interpret complex data to produce clear, actionable insights that guide decision-making.
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Collaborate directly with leadership to define digital growth targets and performance-based marketing plans.
- Advise the business owner on trending topics, emerging market opportunities, and the most effective ways to grow brand awareness.
- Recommend strategies to strengthen market positioning, improve online visibility, and increase SEO ranking.
- Monitor algorithm changes, competitor activity, and industry trends to proactively adjust strategies.
- Advise on the optimal allocation of paid and organic marketing budgets based on ROI, user behavior, and business priorities.
What We’re Looking For
