Detailed Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web applications.
- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive UI/UX solutions.
- Develop and maintain front-end components using .NET technologies (React.js, Blazor, or similar).
- Ensure responsiveness and accessibility in web applications, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Optimize UI/UX designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years of front-end development experience using .NET technologies.
