We are seeking a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant or Developer with experience in online course platforms (System.io preferred) to help set up, organize, and optimize our digital learning infrastructure. This role involves uploading and managing courses, building marketing funnels,configuring membership sites, and creating a user-friendly video library. If you have a strong eye for detail,solid CRM skills, and experience in digital course platforms,we’d like to hear from you.

Detailed Job Description


Key Responsibilities

Course Integration & Platform Setup

  • Upload and organize online courses into System.io (currently 6+ and growing).
  • Ensure a clean and logical layout for course participants.
  • Manage new course uploads and updates as needed.

CRM & Funnel Setup

  • Build and launch marketing funnels for course promotions.
  • Manage customer journeys (landing pages, email sequences, opt-in forms, sales pages).
  • Support launch strategies and basic CRM functions within System.io.

Membership Site Development

  • Configure a multi-level membership site with tiered access.
  • Set up proper access permissions per membership level.
  • Connect to recurring payments and upsell flows.

Video Library Setup

  • Develop a navigable video library organized by topic.
  • Provide input on embedding vs. re-uploading videos (currently hosted on YouTube).
  • Ensure layout is user-friendly and consistent with brand.

Tools/Platforms

  • Primary: System.io
  • Secondary: YouTube, Podia (optional consideration)

Candidate Test (Required)

  • Task 1: Create a sample marketing funnel for “Bright Eyes” course in System.io.
  • Task 2: Design a mock-up navigation for “Dr. Gold’s Wellness University” video library.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Practical experience with System.io or similar platforms (e.g., Podia).
  • Proven ability to build membership sites, funnels, and CRM journeys.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to structure content clearly.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to follow branding and style guidelines.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Familiarity with both System.io and Podia (with insights into pros/cons).
  • Experience in UI/UX design for digital platforms.
  • Ability to recommend platform improvements or workflow optimizations.
