We are seeking an Integration Specialist to join our team and support the development of a next-generation financial automation platform. This role will focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing integrations across multiple systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly between applications, APIs, and automation workflows.

- Experience with RPA or document processing (OCR, classification).

Detailed Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage automation workflows using n8n (and similar orchestration tools).
- Develop, configure, and maintain integrations between third-party APIs, internal databases, and cloud services.
- Work closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and security of data flows.
- Document workflows, APIs, and integration processes for internal and client-facing use.
- Collaborate on testing, debugging, and deploying automation solutions into production environments.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance system interoperability.
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience with n8n, Zapier, Integromat, or other workflow automation platforms (n8n required).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures.
- Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and validation across systems.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), authentication methods (OAuth2, API keys, JWT), and error handling in integrations.
- Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript or Python (preferred for advanced custom nodes or API handling).
- Experience working with cloud-based tools such as CRM, ERP, and document automation platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on reliability.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
