We are looking for a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team, supporting our Partnership Managers in building strong relationships with industry partners and clients. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating events, developing partner marketing initiatives, and enhancing client engagement strategies.

You will also utilize your CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills to track partnership activities, generate leads, and identify potential partners and clients. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building professional relationships and representing our brand at industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Partnership Managers in developing and maintaining relationships with key partners
  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with partners, such as joint webinars and referral programs
  • Plan, organize, and promote industry events, networking functions, and client workshops
  • Develop marketing collateral and presentations to support partnership discussions and client meetings
  • Utilize CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track partnership activities and generate leads

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in finance, mortgage brokering, or B2B partnerships
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building professional relationships
  • Experience in event planning, sponsorship management, or partner marketing
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media and email marketing
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, including mortgage brokering and financial planning
  • Certification in marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Familiarity with sales and partnership management software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Key Responsibilities

Partner & Client Engagement
  • Assist Partnership Managers in developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, including real estate agents, brokers, financial advisors, and business networks.
  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with partners, such as joint webinars, referral programs, and industry collaborations.
  • Develop client engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty and increase referrals.
  • Maintain CRM records and track partnership activities to measure effectiveness.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads, identify potential partners and clients, and initiate engagement to expand business opportunities.
Event & Sponsorship Management
  • Plan, organize, and promote industry events, networking functions, and client workshops.
  • Manage sponsorship opportunities to ensure brand visibility at industry conferences and community events.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue coordination, marketing materials, and guest management, managing tasks remotely whenever possible.
  • Collect and analyze post-event feedback to assess impact and improve future initiatives.
Marketing & Brand Representation
  • Develop marketing collateral and presentations to support partnership discussions and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to align online marketing campaigns with offline engagement strategies.
  • Enhance our client's brand presence at industry events, online forums, and virtual networking opportunities.
  • Support PR initiatives and contribute to corporate communications that strengthen brand reputation.
  • Provide administrative support to Partnership Managers, including preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
Market Research & Insights
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities.
  • Gather partner and client insights to refine our client's value proposition.
  • Assist in the development of thought leadership content, including whitepapers, case studies, and partner success stories. 


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in finance, mortgage brokering, or B2B partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building professional relationships.
  • Experience in event planning, sponsorship management, or partner marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and partnership teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
